My opinion

I feel when it comes to making the choice of life or death the decision should be left up to the patient. Only that person truly knows how they feel and how badly they are suffering. Of course no one wants to see a loved one pass, although I know, I personally would not want to see them living miserably either. Every person has a right to their own life. When faced in a life or death situation only that one person should be able to determined how they would like to spen the remaing time of their life. If they choice to end their life immediately that person wont have to live uncomfortable then that's up to them. Or that person could continue living their life but they know it will now be completely different and possible painful. Whatever they choice as long as they are the ones choosing it I agree with. Everyone should live their life they why in which they are comfortable and the way they want.

What is Euthanasia?

Euthanasia is the process by which a human being has the right and say if they choose to continue their life when faced in a life or death situation. Often when someone is faced in a situation where they could continue their life in pain, or end their life quickly with no pain. There then becomes issues with who has the right to decide and make that decision. Their parents or partner or solely the individual. There are many factors when it comes to making this life changing choice. Is the pain of watching your loved ones suffer worth it? Is the cost of trying to keep this person alive worth it? Or should you consider how the patient feels and what they really want.
